Reiki Lineage
The lineage from master to student is important in keeping the original energy & ethics in place. At the Reiki Retreat, you will learn & be attuned to original Japanese Reiki which can be traced back to Mikao Usui.
Reiki Level I
SHODEN

In this practical Shoden course you will learn how to help yourself with a daily healing practice and how you can help your friends and family using Japanese healing techniques. When you learn Reiki, you’ll find that this brings a sense of peace, and helps you to feel more positive and better able to cope in your daily life. Reiki helps you to de-stress, and find your spirituality free from any religion or dogma. There are no special requirements, anyone can learn Reiki.

Reiki Level 2
OKUDEN
Inner teachings
At this advanced level, a deeper understanding and connection to Mikao Usui’s teachings is achieved during this course. Utilizing Japanese principles, this level teaches how to connect to Earth and Heaven energy; the first steps to becoming fully integrated with the universe. This is achieved through the practice of symbols and mantras. This level will also support you in becoming a professional Reiki practitioner if that is your interest. The prerequisite is the completion of Reiki Level I & that you have been practicing Reiki for at least a period of 3 months.
You will build on the knowledge mastered at Level I & you will have started to integrate the entire holistic healing system into your everyday life. You are ready to work with higher levels of energy & feel ready to move onto the next level. Regular self-practice & commitment is required to be successful at this level. When you are ready you may wish to move on to study at Master Level, this can’t be rushed & everyone progresses at their own speed.
